Compared to the first edition of the Agrisolar Park, the “facility” approach introduces a more structured vision: not only incentives for photovoltaic systems, but a integrated package of interventions which also concerns the redevelopment of roofs and the efficiency of agricultural buildings. Who can access the incentives The following can apply for the Parco Agrisolare Facility: agricultural entrepreneurs, whether individual or corporate agro-industrial enterprises agricultural cooperatives and consortia aggregate entities, such as business networks, ATI, RTI and Renewable Energy Communities (CER) During the selection phase, priority is given to the following projects: who have not already benefited from the previous Parco Agrisolare measures submitted by companies registered with the Quality agricultural network The available resources The overall equipment of the Agrisolare Park Facility is equal to 789 million euros , entirely financed by the PNRR and managed by the GSE as implementing body. At least the 40% of resources It is intended for projects located in the regions of Southern Italy , including Sardinia, Sicily, Puglia, Calabria and Campania. Fundable interventions The core of the measure is the installation of photovoltaic systems for self-consumption on buildings used for agricultural or agro-industrial activities. The Parco Agrisolare Facility also allows for the financing of complementary interventions, including: thermal insulation of the covers storage systems of electricity charging devices for electric mobility realization of ventilated roofs and ventilation systems removal and disposal of asbestos or eternit ⚠️ The installation of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems is not permitted. Intensity of the contribution and eligible expenses The contribution provided by the Agrisolare Park Facility is non-repayable and it can arrive up to 80% of eligible expenses , in particular for: primary agricultural production enterprises agricultural product processing companies For the processing of agricultural products into non-agricultural products, the aid intensity is lower and regulated by State aid legislation. The main spending limits foreseen are: photovoltaic systems: up to €1,500/kWp electric storage and charging: defined in the individual Implementation Notices roofing interventions: up to €700/kWp Notices and timelines Access to the incentives of the Agrisolar Park Facility will take place through Public notices issued by MASAF and managed by GSE.
